Located in San Antonio, Escazú, Bella Vista is a two-story Colonial style home that offers a countryside living experience and a truly amazing view over pretty much the entire Central Valley in a very private gated community of only four houses, while still being close to restaurants, shopping and office centers, schools, etc., in the city of Escazú. While the rooms are spacious and well made, the most impressive factor of the house is the large terrace along the house, allowing an outdoor living feeling with easy access to the kitchen (granite countertops), living room, garden and pool, all focusing in on the large fountain in the middle. A full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area allow this house to be fully functional for a family outdoors activities, or can double as a great house to receive guests and entertain. The house has lots of wood from floors to window and door frames, to the solid wood stairs leading to the upstairs living quarters.
