This carefully thought apartment was bought unfinished in 2001 and had the interior designed by the architect Carlos Ramirez to owner specifications. Important factors were to achieve maximum contact with the beautiful view, and sunsets, of the western central valley from the airport to the Mountains on the Nicoya peninsula 100 miles away. There are 3 baths (two full baths and one half guest bath) and 4 generous bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is a multipurpose room. It can be a hobby room, very large bed room or it can be converted into a live-in employee room with full bath as the water and sewer connections are prepared.The very ample kitchen is connected to the dinning and living room by a large (but closeable) pass through window giving it lovely valley views while maintaining contact with guests and family. There are up to 12 foot high ceilings in all the rooms. Air conditioning is installed, but rarely needed due to a cool micro-climate and good breezes. There is ample storage space.A small patio off the kitchen gives outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee. There are 3 planters perfect for an herb garden. There are four parking spaces in the garage which include steel bodega good for wine storage, and out-door toys. The elevator opens next to the parking spaces in the garage. An 80 Kw generator ensures an uninterrupted power supply to our apartment. Two 3-meter satellite dishes on the roof give access to international television.For safety reasons, two 100 pound gas bottles for the Viking gas range and the exhaust air extractor for the Viking hood are installed on the roof.The Condominium Association works very well. Twenty-four hour security, a grounds-keeper, and a miscellaneous employee (available to assist residents) keep things running smoothly.Curious and luxurious apartment in impeccable status of one story, its kitchen is one of its main axes of the house, which is perfect for those who like the world of gastronomy. The panoramic views of the apartment are 180 degrees around, enabling green views from all angles of the house.
