While staying true to our monthly mag-cut, this month its undoubtfully about giving thanks and celebrating time with family and friends. When choosing what homes, we wanted to feature this December we vastly concurred that homes this month had to do with that aspect precisely… family. Check out Hacienda Espinal´s modern-day architecture made by re-known architect Maria Fernanda Solís for example!

One of its highlights? It’s made with family in mind on all terms and corners. Nonetheless, however, it has all the design elements of a contemporary home plus all the needs a home-maker and quite frankly will desire to.

Features nobody thinks about? There are even spaces for the laundry soap. Yes, and we mean its own niche in the wall for easy pouring.

On another note, we are also endeared by endeared by our infamous newest domain of Los Reyes, conglomerating homes from everywhere in the 300K range to the higher 600K that have family entertainment written all over them.

Another recent love? Check out our newest condo in Bello Horizonte, Escazú. It gives all couples and new families a major found opportunity in impeccable maintenance and totally decked out with modern finishes.
